The Automatic Rotary Pick Fill Seal Pouch Packing Machine with Multihead Weigher is a high-performance packaging solution designed for accurate weighing, filling, and sealing of pre-made pouches. The system combines a precision multihead weighing unit with an automatic rotary pick-and-place pouch packing machine to provide reliable, hygienic, and efficient packaging.

The machine is suitable for a wide range of free-flowing products including dry fruits, nuts, namkeen, chips, snacks, seeds, pulses, rice, sugar, spices, confectionery and other granular grocery products.

Working Process

Product Feeding → Multihead Weighing → Pouch Picking → Pouch Opening → Product Filling → Optional Nitrogen Flushing → Heat Sealing → Finished Pouch Discharge

The multihead weigher accurately measures the required quantity and transfers the product into the opened pouch. The rotary system then automatically seals and discharges the finished pouch onto the output conveyor.
